Service Description
Our new swimmer level is catered to kids at least 3-4+ years of age who are just getting started in the pool. The lessons focus on building comfort and confidence and the water and building the foundational skills of swimming like kicking, floating, and water safety. A refundable $30 registration fee is charged per participant per session to encourage attendance for these free classes. Your registration fee will be returned to you upon completion of all courses in the session or will be forfeited for no show classes.
Cancellation Policy
All swim lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the start of the lesson. Swim camp sessions MUST be cancelled by 5pm of the Friday before the first day of camp. With no exceptions, NO refunds will be given for late cancelled or missed camps or lessons. On a case by case basis, lessons will be rescheduled/prorated but we make NO guarantees for any lessons cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of time. Customers who violate our cancellation policy will have to pay the full price of the missed lesson or full week of camp. We also reserve the right to refuse lessons or camp registration to any customer who continuously violates this policy. **Please Note: This policy does not apply to any lessons that are cancelled due to weather conditions.
